"The guitarist of the bands Angra and Neural Code, Kiko Loureiro is one of the highlights of the 135th issue of Roadie Crew magazine, one of the most important media of rock and heavy metal from Brazil.

The musician talks about his solo career, focusing on his new album "Fullblast", and tells some details regarding the new Angra's album,which is in final production. "It's always important to reconcile all : I have a solo career in full swing, and fortunately, we are ending one of the most important albums of the Angra's career. So everything has to be very organized for both projects to grow up gradually, without disturbing each other, "said the artist.

The new Angra's album, still untitled and produces by musicians themselves, is expected to be launched in August this year."

Kiko Loureiro talks about the 9th Angra's video

"Angra has recently finished the whole recording process of its seventh album and in parallel has uploaded one more chapter of the series related to this work.

The ninth chapter was registered at Norcal Studios – where the material has been recorded – during the forth week of work showing the performance of the guitarist Kiko Loureiro. “Edu has finished his part and now we will start to mix and master the CD. In this video the fans can see some guitar solos and also a statement from Edu telling his opinion about everything we’ve done”, said the artist.

The new Angra" record that is still untitled and will be produced by the members is planned to be released in the beginning of August."

Kiko Loureiro : Italian Clinics 2010

Here a report of the recent Italian clinics tour of Kiko Loureiro, appreciated for his work with Angra and also for his solo career which reflected more his influences from Brazilian music.
In these clinics Kiko used a Laney head VH100R and G2.1NU Zoom pedal.
